New at the box: Barbell Club!

Check out our new Thursday class: The ‘Barbell Club’
From September 2016 on, coach Karl has introduced a new class in the weekly schedule: The ‘Barbell Club’.
So, what’s it all about?
  • The weekly session focuses on developing skills, confidence and strength with the olympic lifts.
  • Each week the session alternately focuses on the clean & jerk, snatch or an element of those moves.
  • The session always starts with lightweight skills & drills and may then contain various skills, strength and WOD elements.
  • So, the magic formula is: Focus on bar path and mechanics = proficiency, confidence and strength as a natural development!
  • It takes place every Thursday at 5.30pm.
And what’s the overall objective of ‘Barbell Club’?
  • To get you proficient with the olympic lifts! And by doing that, make you stronger and fitter for life!
