WOD is a CrossFit term which means 'Workout of the Day' and represents the workout that is different every day. It is programmed smart, so you should be able to come to the box any day and have rest days on the day that fits your private schedule. Sunday WODs are usually Hero or Benchmark WODs. Cardio Burn is a session with high intensity intervals with either body weight exercises or light weight. Barbell Club is dedicated time to practice ‘snatch’ and ‘clean and jerk’ Olympic lifts with the Coach. Mobility is a session dedicated to movement, mobility and range of motion development. Open Gym Members can perform independent programming or receive guidance and advice to improve skills with the Coach. Drop-ins Due to the size of our box and the availability for open spots, we can only accommodate drop ins if space allows. Weekend sessions may also be available. You must book in advance.
