CrossFit Tay Ho is the first CrossFit affiliate in Hanoi, and the whole of Vietnam. Established in 2014, we are a small but rapidly growing CrossFit community. Our members are from all four corners of the globe and we have forged an unbreakable international community through shared hard-work, sweat and high-fives.

CrossFit Tay Ho is located on Dang Thai Mai, and is filled with opportunities for wellness. On top of the class space, there is an open gym area (space for you to do your own thing outside of classes), showers and changing rooms, a treatment room, a small cafe, an ice bath, and some space to chill out and relax post workout.
