CROSSFIT CLASSES

The concept with CrossFit is simple. We want to help you become fitter, better, and stronger in all aspects of your life. Workouts are functional, constantly varied, and performed at high intensity relative to your ability. In short, you'll be doing things your body was intended to do, at a level that is appropriate for your experience.

We are proud to follow CrossFit Affiliate Programming (CAP) which prioritizes how training is executed through preparation, scalability, community, consistency and coaching over one single program. Perfectly in line with our core values, CrossFit Affiliate Programming provides specific targeting, proper dosing and premier programming.
Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long, and is the ideal program for anyone who wants to make fitness a part of their lifestyle, improve strength, endurance and mobility.

WHAT TO EXPECT
​Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and  mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter. This is the reason the CrossFit program works!

All classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
  • General Warm Up
  • Specific Warm Up 
  • Movement Instruction and Demonstration
  • WOD (Workout of the Day)

The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout and provide recommendations on ways to scale to meet your needs.

BUILD 60

Our  BUILD 60 class is a functional strength building program aimed at supplementing the lifting we do during CrossFit Workouts. This type of training uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy. Unlike CrossFit, the focus is on isolated movements rather than compound movement to make sure individual muscles and muscle groups are targeted.

However, just like CrossFit at CFTH, this program is for anyone. It is safe, designed based on widely accepted research and the results will totally depend on what you want to achieve, whether that’s lats like Ronnie Coleman or to improve muscle definition and everything in between!
 

WHAT TO EXPECT
BUILD 60 runs 2 times a week on Thursdays and Sundays. It is open for any unlimited member who...

✔ Would like to compliment your weekly metabolic conditioning workouts with strength training
✔ Wants a better baseline level of overall strength.
✔ Wants to focus on isolated movements that will directly help more dynamic movements like snatch and clean

SWEAT 60

Sweat 60 is an endurance-centric class that includes all of your favorite movements from CrossFit minus the barbell. Predominantly focused on agility and bodyweight exercises with light accessory work, no prior fitness experience is required for this fun, energetic workout designed to get the blood pumping and heart rate up.

WHAT TO EXPECT

​SWEAT 60 runs only on Sundays. It is a fast moving, endurance building class. The name says it all: Prepare to Sweat!
