BUILD 60Our BUILD 60 class is a functional strength building program aimed at supplementing the lifting we do during CrossFit Workouts. This type of training uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy. Unlike CrossFit, the focus is on isolated movements rather than compound movement to make sure individual muscles and muscle groups are targeted.
However, just like CrossFit at CFTH, this program is for anyone. It is safe, designed based on widely accepted research and the results will totally depend on what you want to achieve, whether that’s lats like Ronnie Coleman or to improve muscle definition and everything in between! SWEAT 60Sweat 60 is an endurance-centric class that includes all of your favorite movements from CrossFit minus the barbell. Predominantly focused on agility and bodyweight exercises with light accessory work, no prior fitness experience is required for this fun, energetic workout designed to get the blood pumping and heart rate up.
WHAT TO EXPECT SWEAT 60 runs only on Sundays. It is a fast moving, endurance building class. The name says it all: Prepare to Sweat! |
