The CFTH Teens Program is a strength and conditioning program designed for 12-16 year old athletes and non-athletes. The program combines age-appropriate weight lifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Teens are taught the basics of weightlifting form, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
Our program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
In addition, we aim to boost self-esteem and confidence within our teens. We want to give them the strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym.
We are currently running Teens Classes on Saturdays at 11.30am from October 28 - December 9 The cost per class is 350,000

CrossFit Kids Program
Our CrossFit Kids program provides FUN and FITNESS. The goal is to instill lifelong good habits that emphasize the importance of health and fitness from an early age.
CFTH Kids helps children develop a positive relationship with physical activity in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment. Body awareness and control will be developed as our CrossFit Kids athletes run, hang, jump, pull, skip, spin, push, hop, traverse, climb, roll, throw, stretch, swing, bounce, kick, and PLAY.
We are not currently running kids classes, but will in the future!
