Whether you have a prior injury, recovery needs, or mobility issues, we want you on the WOD floor - Injuries/Limitations aren’t a reason to not train! We have created a program, led by Coach Berenger, to assess, plan and implement specific training needs.
Coach B is THE man for the job. His education in sport science, training optimization and Strength and Conditioning involved the study of different topics such as anatomy, biomechanics, and general sports injury - all important components to understand how the human body works.
He has been working with Physiotherapists since he started his coaching career, allowing him to develop his knowledge regarding sports injuries and rehab. He has also trained athletes through an adapted training program to get back to full capacity. His work is focused on being able to individualize the training program to the needs of the person, whether the goals are performance, well being or recovery. He knows how to build, do and use the results of a screening to identify weakness and strength of an individual and create a training plan to move toward the desired goals and track progress.
WHAT TO EXPECT? With this membership, you start with a one hour private session with Coach B where he will assess your movement and get your history. He will then give you a protocol to follow either on your own, in sessions with him, or in the group classes. Coach B will provide notes to all coaches so everyone is in the know. You can opt to use this membership in 1-1 sessions with Coach B, as an add on to group classes, or a combination of both.
This paid service is great for anyone who has prior injuries, mobility issues or limitations, recovery protocols, or anything that you might feel could impact your training.
