All new members starting CrossFit for the first time begin with our Essentials Course. This mandatory course for all new members consists of two, 90 minute, small group classes, focusing on the basics in movements, techniques, and terminology. We’ll teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit, proper technique and take you through mini work-outs - all while learning about you and your goals as a member.
The Essentials Course is 1,700,000 VND, but is subtracted from your membership when you purchase your first three month or more Unlimited Membership. Our Essentials Course runs every other week on Mondays/Wednesdays at 7pm. Each day is built upon the previous, so attending in sequence is important. If your group Essentials Course does not align with your schedule, reach out and we will discuss options for completing it.
What to Expect?
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. These two introductory classes will set you up for success and allow you to get the most out of your membership when jumping into our regular class schedule.
