CrossFit Tay Ho goes Thailand - Chiang Mai Throwdown Dec 2017

In December 2017 more than 80 athletes from 20 countries came together in Northern Thailand's Chiang Mai to compete at the 2017 Thailand Throwdown. Among them, six athletes from Hanoi representing CrossFit Tay Ho!

They came to sweat and fight for each second and each kilogram on the barbell...

• Aaron, for a 3rd place in the Men's Scaled Division
• Jenn, for a 4th place in the Women's Scaled Division
• Brontee, for a 12th place in the Women's Scaled Division
• Kal, for a 5th place in the Men's Masters Division
