On December 4, 2016 the Hanoi CrossFit community came together to compete in the first CrossFit Tay Ho Throwdown! Who would be the fittest in Hanoi? How many PRs would be hit this day? And would all of the athletes have the mental strength to fight through the day? The gathering of athletes in the first daylight of competition day showed a crowd 110% ready to fight!
